Fourth Elm completed a renovation to an existing 75,000 sf warehouse and office in Greensboro, NC. Interior renovations included a new HVAC system, exterior windows, dock equipment, new ADA restroom, paint, and flooring. Exterior site improvements included paving, site utilities, paint, and awnings.
