650 N. Main Multi-Family

This 5-level building consists of 28-units, totaling 30,000 sf over a 7,500 sf podium that contains the apartment entrance/lobby along with future retail space. This project also includes a 2,500 sf rooftop amenity space over the adjacent existing building roof by installing steel columns through the roof and 2nd floor down to a newly installed foundation in the existing space. 

Apartment units consist of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, each with individual balconies. The building will be constructed while “connected” to the occupied existing building while it remains in-use as a restaurant and office.
