8 Water Ridge Spec Office

This renovation transformed an existing vacant spec suite into a functional and modern workspace. The scope included selective demolition of non-bearing partitions to create a new reception area, break room, and conference room.  A combination of relocated and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed to support the new layout and ensure long-term performance.
