AAA Storage-Eastchester, High Point

AAA Storage Eastchester Drive is a newly constructed storage building, which is 65,850 sf. The storage is a one-story, climate controlled facility with a 900 sf sales office. The exterior skin is a combination of brick, veneer, and eifs. Building the facility required the widening of Highway 69, one of the busiest highways in the Triad.
