Animal Clinic of Rural Hall

Fourth Elm renovated and expanded Animal Clinic of Rural Hall.  The addition is a pre-engineered metal building for boarded pets and animals recovering from procedures. The renovation includes new flooring, paint, updated lobby and patient rooms.
