Clemmons Town Center

The 6,900 sf building consists of structural steel with an EPDM roof. The exterior is a mix of 4 different colors of EIFs, as well as CMU and brick to finish the exterior facade. In addition, there’s aluminum storefront, a mixture of hanger rod and fabric awnings. The site includes a retaining wall with a NCDOT guardrail, light and heavy duty asphalt paving and heavy duty concrete paving.
