Extra Space Storage

This storage 103,862 sf building consists of structural steel with exterior metal stud infill. It is a 6-story, climate-controlled self-storage space with two elevators, a covered drive-thru entrance adjacent to an existing parking deck.The proejct features brick, storefront glass and EIFs veneer. This is a design-build project.
