Fairview Mini Storage

Appaloosa Fair View Storage is roughly 112,000 SF total combined of the 5 buildings. The project included site work and an underground StormTech detention system was added. One of the buildings is climate controlled and all others, except for the office and restroom which are conditioned spaces, are unconditioned. There are four, 1-story buildings and one, 4-story building.
