Fourth Elm Construction is the General Contractor for a new retail shell in a high-profile location of High Point, NC. At 1913 and 1923 N. Main Street, we will provide demolition of the existing buildings and parking lot prior to constructing a new, 15,309 sf, four tenant retail shell and parking lot. The retail shell features EIFs, masonry and modern awnings.
