Freud Diablo

We completed an upfit of an existing warehouse shell. There are four main areas of work, the office area, the stand-alone bathrooms, the bathrooms and breakroom area, and then the battery charging area. The main empty warehouse and adjacent future tenant space have some electrical and HVAC as well. The forklift battery charging area received charging stations, guard rails, and lighting and a emergency exhaust system for safety.
