GKN Expansion

Fourth Elm is expanding for GKN Driveline by adding an industrial warehouse to their  existing manufacturing facility.  This expansion consists of a pre-engineered metal building use for high-base storage with an emphasis on floor flatness to accommodate their logistics equipment. The building features a 34′ tall clearing height for rack storage as well as loading docks.
