Karl Mayer North America Headquarters-Under Construction

Karl Mayer North America manufactures for the textile industry. They are expanding their Greensboro-based North American Headquarters, with the acquisition of their NYC-based competitor Stoll. The renovated space features a customer showroom, collaborative work spaces, conference rooms and offices. Fourth Elm is proud to serve as the construction manager for this project, working with the design team from CPL in the design phase, permitting and now the construction.
