MBS Upfit

This project includes the renovation of an existing pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to improve operational functionality. Scope includes construction of a recessed truck bay, electrical system upgrades, installation of additional unit heaters and ventilation improvements, and modifications to existing water piping. Work will be performed within an active facility and will require careful coordination to maintain operations, manage sequencing, and ensure safe execution throughout construction.
