MEINEKE–Albemarle

This project consists of slab-on-grade with joist bearing on masonry walls with a TPO membrane roof.  The finishes include a polished concrete floor and a retail office upfit where employees can manage incoming traffic and guests can relax while their vehicle is being worked on.
