Monster Self Storage

The Monster Self-Storage facility is a large, three-story, up-scale project that totals 97,000 sf.  The storage units are climate-controlled with mechanical and electrical throughout.  The project is also made up of cast in-place concrete retaining walls, brick, EIFS and glass exterior finishes.  Additional interior features include an office, bathrooms and a break room.
