NanoXplore + Spec Suites

These two concurrent upfits are located within an existing tilt-up building, separated by a demising wall. The NanoXplore project en-compasses five distinct areas: a new main office, material room, me-chanical room, warehouse bathroom, and warehouse/site improve-ments. Adjacent to this, the spec office project is a singular office upfit situated in the northeast corner of the building.
