Precision Concepts-Winston Salem, NC

Fourth Elm Construction provided an exterior facelift  to the Precision Concepts Group’s manufacturing building in Winston-Salem, NC. Precision Concepts offers its customers complete assembly of medical and electro-mechanical devices. The exterior portion of the project consisted of exterior paint, new asphalt, new canopies, and new curb and gutter. The interior consisted of transforming an open warehouse into labs, offices, conference rooms, break rooms and a lobby.
