S3 Storage

The S3 Storage facility is comprised of two multi-level buildings and one single-story building.  One of the buildings includes an office, a break room and a bathroom.  The exterior is masonry and EIFS and made up of metal framing with load bearing ICF walls for the foundation.  The front consists of EIFS and glass storefront finishes.  The storage units are climate-controlled with mechanical and electrical throughout.
