Fourth Elm renovated an existing building and site by creating commercial kitchens, prepping stations, a loading dock, and the updating of office space.  

Short Street Gastro Lab is a 9,021-SF space utilized for commercial kitchens, shared office space and mixed-use infrastructure. This o-working space and food truck depot, not only offers a sense of community, but it helps local food entrepreneurs succeed. Their resources include perfecting operations, expanding opportunities, insight on gaining exposure, growing clientele, and so much more!
