This is a 12,740 sf renovation for Soelect, Inc, a highly innovative company that focuses on lithium battery technology. The project scope features a new wet lab, dry lab and offices. The dry room has 1% humidity and -40 degrees dew point. Fourth Elm Construction is the design-build contractor.
