Sunbird Storage

This project that was completed by Fourth Elm Construction is a 3-story climate controlled with multi-point access storage and warehouse building. Units range from small to large sizes and the building contains heavy duty elevators that can accomodate anything. The project featured site improvements and a underground advanced drainage system.
